The website https://cysticfibrosis.gr/ (“Website”) belongs to the Panhellenic Cystic Fibrosis Association “Hellenic Society for Fibrotic Cystic Disease” (A.F.M. 099524287/ D.O.Y. A’ Athens), located at Karaiskaki Street no. 28, Athens (6944255853, info@cysticfibrosis.gr ) and is legally represented by its President Mrs. Anna Spinou and is hereinafter referred to as the “Association”.
The Panhellenic Cystic Fibrosis Association is a non-profit association of patients. It was founded in 1983 in Athens and represents Cystic Fibrosis patients and their families nationwide. The Association is registered in the Greek National Registry of Non- Profit Private Sector Social Care Agency and in the Greek Registry of Voluntary Non- Governmental Organizations (NGOs).
The purpose of the operation of the Website and its individual web pages is to facilitate communication with its registered members and interested parties, in Greece and abroad, about the activities of the Association.
EXPRESS AND UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF USE
These Terms of Use provide Visitors/Users with the necessary information on the terms of access and use of the Website and its content. By browsing the Website, the User unconditionally accepts the Terms of Use that govern it.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN EVENTS
Interested parties are kindly requested to read and accept the relevant Terms and Conditions of Registration and Participation in Events before completing an online form. Submission of the form implies acceptance of these

ELECTRONIC PAYMENT THROUGH THE WEBSITE – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / CANCELLATION
The website provides the possibility of online payment of members’ subscriptions, monetary donations, and ticket payment for participation in conferences. Online payments are made using a debit/credit card and are processed through the National Bank of Greece’s electronic payment platform which uses TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). When payment is made online through the Website, the Association does not receive and does not have access to debit or credit card details.

You have an obligation to provide accurate, true and valid information when completing the online donation or payment process. The Association reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other data you have provided at any time. If, upon confirmation, your information is found to be untrue (in whole or in part), the Association has the right in its sole discretion to reject the donation or payment.
– If there is an error in the amount of the donation, please contact info@cysticfibrosis.gr and the Society will take all steps to accommodate your request if possible.
– If you wish to cancel your donation or membership payment, please contact the Association within three working days of making your donation. In exceptional cases and after contacting the Association, the deadline may be extended.
– For participation in ticketed conferences, the terms of registration and participation according to the terms of each event apply. Unless otherwise specified, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of completing the transaction.
OBLIGATIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES OF USERS
