After a beautiful summer, the online exercise program “Unlimited Breath” with Pilates classes is back in full force for Cystic Fibrosis and lung transplant patients.
Thanks to the online format, participants from all over Greece can follow the classes from home, easily and safely.

Last year’s experience
Pilates classes contribute significantly to improving respiratory function, posture and well-being in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Last year proved that Pilates classes were not just exercise. It was a source of strength, improved fitness, mood and well-being.
Patients and transplant recipients from all over Greece came together in an organized program, shared experiences and created a vibrant support network. The impressions were enthusiastic and motivate us to continue even more dynamically!
We would like to thank DanceNikol dance school and instructor Nicole Kamzela for volunteering and supporting our community! This generous contribution is a practical support for Cystic Fibrosis patients and a source of strength for all of us.
