The most common inherited disease

1 in 2,000-2,500 children are born each year with Cystic Fibrosis (CF). A multisystemic disease with a low survival rate, mainly affecting the lungs and pancreas. In Greece, more than 500,000 people are healthy carriers of the disease, while worldwide Cystic Fibrosis affects more than 88,000 people.
