With great joy and positive impressions, the first cycle of the free exercise program with online Pilates classes for Cystic Fibrosis patients and transplant recipients, which started in March 2025 as part of the initiative of the “Unlimited Breath” Association, was completed on Thursday 26 June.

According to Cystic Fibrosis patients and transplant recipients who participated in the programme, Pilates classes have significantly contributed to improving their fitness, stamina and mental well-being, confirming the value of exercise as part of daily health care.

📌 Classes stop for the summer, but we renew our appointment for the autumn!

The online courses start again on Thursday 2 October 2025, with the same schedule:
🗓️ Every Tuesday & Tuesday and Thursday at 17:00
📍 via the Zoom platform

If you are a Cystic Fibrosis patient or transplant recipient and wish to participate in the programme for the first time, please register by filling in the form 👉 HERE.

Registration remains open throughout the programme and patients can start attending classes at any time, even after classes have started.
