The Panhellenic Cystic Fibrosis Association is holding the first online Coffee Break member support meeting for 2026, marking the start of the Association’s new renewed cycle of online coffee breaks for this year.
A safe, humane and institutional space for dialogue, where members of our community from all over Greece have the opportunity to be informed about the latest developments in the disease, to express their questions and discuss their concerns and suggestions on any issue that concerns them.
Indicative coffee break topics for May:
- New framework for access to innovative treatments – Innovation Fund
- New developments for new drugs in C.I. (CFTR Modulators, mRNA, gene therapies, etc.)
- Shortages of Cystic Fibrosis medicines
- Lung Transplant Working Group – Panhellenic Lung Transplant Survey
- Support for adult & paediatric CF centres
- Access to social benefits, allowances, facilities for patients & carers
- Psychological support groups for patients and carers – CBT clinical study
- Pilates exercise program for patients with CF
- Educational campaign for primary school students – Secret Mission: CF²
- Free topics for as many issues as members wish to discuss

- Participation is allowed to registered members of the Association (patients and caregivers) from all over Greece.
- The Zoom link of the meeting will be sent via email a few hours before the meeting personally to all members who register.
